What flavors do you have?

We currently offer two options:

Unflavored — 100% instant yerba mate.

Lemon Mint Yerba Mate+ — yerba mate blended with lion’s mane, prebiotic + probiotic fiber, and L-theanine.

How do I use it?

Mix 1 scoop with 8 oz. of hot or cold water.

Stir or froth until fully blended.

Drink it iced, hot, or over ice.

No brewing required.

Can I drink it more than once a day?

Yes — depending on your caffeine tolerance.

Each serving provides naturally occurring caffeine from yerba mate.

If you're sensitive to caffeine, start with one serving and adjust from there.

How many servings are in a bag?

Unflavored contains 50 servings — just pure yerba mate.

Lemon Mint Yerba Mate+ contains 30 servings per bag.

One scoop = one serving.

Payments & Refunds

How can I update my payment information on my account?

If you have an active subscription, log into your account and update your payment method directly in your dashboard.

If you checked out as a guest, you’ll need to place a new order with updated payment details. For help, email hi@tryatlast.com.

What’s your return policy?

If it’s your first order and you're not feeling it, no problem — you’ve got 45 days to request a refund. Just shoot us an email at hi@tryatlast.com to get started.

After your second order, we can only take back unopened products.

Can I use a discount code after ordering?

Discounts need to be added before checkout — we can’t retroactively apply them once payment is processed. But forgot to use it? Just save it for next time — it’ll still work.

Shipping & Delivery

What carriers do you use?

We ship with major U.S. carriers such as UPS, USPS, Amazon Shipping, and similar providers depending on location and service availability.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States only.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any applicable free shipping promotions will be shown before you complete your purchase.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery is usually 3–5 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

My package was marked as delivered but I haven’t received it, what should I do?

First, check with neighbors or household members.

If you still can’t locate it, contact the shipping carrier directly. If needed, email hi@tryatlast.com within 7 days of the delivery confirmation and we’ll assist where possible.

We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

My order arrived damaged/incorrect, what can I do?

Email hi@tryatlast.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of:

• The shipping box

• The product(s)

• Any damage or issue

We’ll review and resolve quickly. Replacements require photo verification.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

My tracking hasn't been updated in a while, what are my options?

Tracking delays can occur during transit or carrier handoffs.
