SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on tryatlast.com.


Shipping Locations

Atlast® currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

We do not ship internationally at this time.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may be extended during promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping options and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are typically 3–5 business days after processing, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using national carriers such as UPS, USPS, Amazon Shipping, or similar providers.

Carrier delays, weather disruptions, and service interruptions are outside of our control.


Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

Once tracking indicates a package has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We may refund the order minus shipping and return carrier fees, or

  • Reship the order after collecting additional shipping fees.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  3. Notify us within 7 days of delivery confirmation at hi@tryatlast.com.

We may assist with carrier claims; however, we do not guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked delivered.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@tryatlast.com and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the shipping box

  • Photos of the damaged product(s)

No replacements will be issued without photo verification.


Multiple Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Separate tracking numbers may be provided.
