Welcome to tryatlast.com (the “Site”), operated by Atlast® (“Atlast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, placing an order, or subscribing to our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Site.

Products are intended for purchase and use by individuals 18 years or older. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products & Health Disclaimer

Information on this Site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

Statements regarding products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
Limit quantities per person, household, or order
Correct pricing errors at any time

Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States only.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Refunds & Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We accept eligible unopened returns within 45 days of delivery. Opened ingestible products are not eligible for return unless required by law.

6. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

If you enroll in a subscription:

You authorize recurring automatic charges at the frequency selected at checkout.
Subscriptions may be canceled only after a 20-day minimum period from the initial subscription order date.
Once an order has processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions via your account (if available) or by contacting hi@tryatlast.com.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Resell products without written authorization
Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Attempt to interfere with Site security
Copy, reproduce, or exploit Site content without permission

Unauthorized resale on online marketplaces or digital platforms is strictly prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Atlast® and protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlast® shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Atlast® harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; ARBITRATION

Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration or legal proceedings, you agree to contact us in writing to attempt to resolve the dispute.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your purchase of products shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.
