This policy applies to purchases made directly from tryatlast.com. Purchases made through Amazon or other third-party retailers are subject to their respective policies.
SHIPPING POLICY
U.S. SHIPPING ONLY
At this time, Atlast® ships within the United States only.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates (typically 3–5 business days after processing) are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and remote areas may require additional time.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be located:

Check with neighbors and household members.

Contact the carrier directly.

Email us at hi@tryatlast.com within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
We may assist with carrier claims; however, Atlast® does not guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at:

No replacements or refunds will be issued without photo verification.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
45-DAY RETURN WINDOW (UNOPENED ONLY)
We accept returns within 45 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Product must be unopened and unused

Product must be in original packaging

Return must be authorized in advance

Proof of purchase is required
Opened ingestible products are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.
Refund Limitation
To prevent abuse, Atlast® reserves the right to:

Limit refunds to one (1) approved return per customer or household

Deny refunds where patterns of abuse, excessive returns, or suspected fraud are identified

Request additional verification before approving refunds
We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who engage in refund abuse or policy manipulation.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the return is due to our verified error (wrong item or confirmed defect):

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We strongly recommend a trackable shipping method
If tracking is not provided and the return does not arrive, we cannot issue a refund.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Processing time depends on your financial institution
Refund requests submitted more than 45 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Returned to Sender / Undelivered Packages
If a shipment is returned due to:

Incorrect address

Failure to collect

Delivery refusal
We may:

Refund the order minus original shipping and return shipping fees assessed by the carrier, or

Reship after collecting additional shipping fees
If a refused shipment does not return to our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund.
We recommend accepting delivery and contacting us for proper return instructions rather than refusing the package.
SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
20-Day Minimum Subscription Window
Customers may cancel subscription services only after a 20-day period from the date of their initial subscription order.
This policy ensures customers have sufficient time to receive and evaluate the product.
After the 20-day period:

Cancel via account portal (if available), or

Once canceled:

No future charges will occur

No future shipments will be sent
Orders that have already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Same-Day Cancellation Protection
If cancellation is requested on the same day as a subscription purchase, we reserve the right to cancel both the subscription and any associated promotional pricing or bundled order.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have a concern with your order, contact us first at hi@tryatlast.com.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could impact your eligibility for future purchases.
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.
Fraud & Abuse Clause
Atlast® reserves the right to:

Cancel orders suspected of resale or fraudulent activity

Refuse returns showing patterns of abuse

Deny refunds where evidence of misuse, tampering, or policy circumvention exists

Block future purchases from accounts engaged in abuse
