  • REFUND POLICY

    This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from tryatlast.com. Purchases made through third-party retailers (including Amazon) are subject to their respective return policies.


    45-Day Return Window

    We accept eligible returns within 45 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

    To qualify for a refund:

    • The product must be unopened and unused

    • The product must be in its original packaging

    • You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number)

    Opened or used ingestible products are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.


    Return Authorization Required

    To initiate a return, you must first contact us at:

    Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.


    Return Shipping

    Unless the return is due to our verified error (wrong item or confirmed defect), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. If tracking is not provided and the return does not arrive at our facility, we cannot issue a refund.


    Refund Processing

    Once the returned item is received and inspected:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

    • Processing time depends on your payment provider

    Refund requests submitted more than 45 days after delivery will not be accepted.


    Subscription Orders

    Subscription services may only be canceled after the required 20-day minimum period from the initial subscription order date.

    Subscription orders that have already processed or shipped cannot be canceled. Unopened subscription products may still qualify for return under this 45-day policy.


    Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Packages

    If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, we may issue a refund minus original shipping and any carrier return fees.

    If a refused shipment does not return to our facility, a refund cannot be issued.


    Refund Limitations

    To prevent abuse, Atlast® reserves the right to:

    • Limit refunds to one (1) approved return per customer or household

    • Deny refunds where patterns of excessive returns, suspected fraud, or policy manipulation are identified

    • Refuse service to customers who violate this policy
