This Privacy Policy describes how Atlast® (“Atlast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or make a purchase from tryatlast.com (the “Site”), contact us, or otherwise interact with us online.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tryatlast.com (the “Site”) and any purchases from Atlast® (“Atlast,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase from the Site.
2) Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt security, scrape content, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.
3) Products, Orders, and Pricing

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time.

We may limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion (including suspected fraud or resale activity).

If we cancel after you’ve been charged, we will refund the applicable amount.
4) Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss typically passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon delivery to your address (depending on applicable law and carrier terms).
5) Returns and Refunds
Returns/refunds are handled according to our posted Return Policy (if provided on the Site). If no return policy is posted yet, email hi@tryatlast.com and we’ll work with you.
6) Subscriptions (if/when offered)
If you enroll in a subscription:

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlast® will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Atlast® harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
14) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15) Disputes
You agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve disputes informally at hi@tryatlast.com.
Optional (common in ecommerce): arbitration + class action waiver.
If you want that added, tell me and I’ll drop in a clean, standard clause.
16) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
